Service of Covenanting between the West Bay Pastoral Charge, the
Inverness Guysborough Presbytery and the Rev. Richard Bowley will
take place on August 12 at 7:00 at the West Bay United Church.
Our chair, Heather Manuel will preside at the service and Alison
Etter will preach. Since we, as presbytery, are part of the
covenant, every effort should be made to be in attendance.

A 'rededication' of
the Pioneer Cemetery on the border of Port Hawkesbury/Port
Hastings on the #4 highway will take place on Sunday August 12th at
1:30pm A local historian will give a short history on the cemetery
with a tour of the cemetery to follow. Everyone welcome.
