Creation Time: Humanity Sunday
*
please stand as able
Thoughts
around which to gather as we worship: On
Humanity Sunday we are encouraged to explore the relationship of
mutuality that humans share with all creation. It also invites us to
reflect on how human action impacts Earth, and question what kinds of
changes we need to make in our lifestyles and attitudes. In worship,
learning, and serving we can experience ourselves in two ways: as
part of creation, rather than separate from it; and as partner with
God in caring for Earth.
