Prayer Shawl Knitting Circle Knitters and crocheters gather together in the parlour of St. Mark’s on the 3rd Monday of each month. Next time of gathering is May 19th at 1:00 p.m.

Congratulations!!! Lana MacLean will receive a  Master of Divinity Degree from the Atlantic School of Theology, Saturday, May 03,2014 at 11:00am.  The Convocation  will be held at St. Benedict Parish,  Halifax. The ceremony is open to the public.

Leeside Transition House is hosting its 7th annual Dessert Cafe and Silent Auction on May 4, 2014 at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre from 2-4 PM.  Tickets are $15 and to get your ticket please call Leeside at 625-1990.

There will be an evening of prayer, music and scripture for families and friends of those who have died while in the care of St. Martha’s Regional Hospital from August 1st, 2013 to January 31st, 2014.
