St. David's Sunday School

Sunday School members at St. David’s continue to play an active role in the life of our congregation. They helped with the annual decorating of the church for Christmas which took place on Saturday, December 2nd. With the help of some of the older students, they conducted a meaningful White Gift Service on December 10th.

The Sunday School members participated in the Palm Sunday and Easter morning services. On Christian Family Sunday, they handed out flowers and a small gift to the women in the congregation and will be giving gifts to the men on Father’s Day.

During the Sunday School closing presentations, the children gave gifts of appreciation to our organist, Al Fougere, our treasurer, Sally Fox, Rev. Pelley, Julia MacKinnon, Church secretary, Jane MacKinnon and teacher, Paige Walker.

As Sunday School Superintendent, I want to give special thanks to Katie Downard, our Sunday School helper and thank everyone for their continued support.
