On Sunday, October 20th at 11:00 a.m. St. David’s will be celebrating their 134th Anniversary. We invite St. Mark’s Congregation to join us for this Service. Pot Luck Lunch following the Service.

The October meeting of the St. Mark's Men's Group will be at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday October 20. This is an hour later than usual, but should leave plenty of time to be St. David's anniversary service after the meeting.

Fish Cake and Bean Supper with homemade brown bread, biscuits and apple crisp on Friday, October 11th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Port Hastings Fire Hall (15 Old Victoria Rd., Port Hastings, B9A 1L2) for $15.00. Take outs available. Sponsored by St. David’s UCW.

Floor Curling, beginning November 6th, 2-3 p.m., and continuing each Wednesday, at St. Mark’s church hall. Bring a toonie and change of footwear. Drop in whenever you like. No experience necessary. Come and enjoy a time of fun and fellowship.

The Strait Area (formerly Port Hastings) Museum hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Monday to Friday and 12 to 4 pm. Saturday and Sunday. The Artisans Collective Gift Shop is open 10 to 4 pm. Monday to Friday and the same as the Museum on Saturday and Sunday. We will be open till the middle of October. The name change was necessary to better reflect the extent of the information compiled over the past 40 years by the Port Hastings Historical Society members and staff.
