Prayer Shawl Knitting Circle: Knitters and crocheters gather in the parlour of St. Mark’s on the 3rd Monday of each month. The next time of gathering is Monday, May 20th  at 1:00 p.m.  Anyone interested in knitting, crocheting or other handcrafts is welcome.

Margie MacIntyre will complete the Licensed Lay Worship Leader (LLWL) program (Atlantic) on April 28th and will receive her Certification of Completion from Tatamagouche Centre and LLWL Atlantic. Everyone is invited to celebrate with Margie at St. David's United Church hall, Sunday, May 5th, 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Come for tea, cake and ice cream. No gifts please but if you would like to honour Margie, please consider donating to Tatamagouche Centre at www.tatacentre.ca/?r=donate/index

ST. DAVID’S ANNOUNCEMENTS

St. David's Official Board meeting will be held TODAY Sunday May 5th, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the church hall.

St. David’s UCW will meet on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in St. David’s church hall at 1:30 pm

The last Sunday School Class for the 2018 year will be May 19th. An outing will be planned for later in the summer. Wishing all the boys and girls a safe and happy summer.

"The Trustees and Finance Committee is seeking someone with flower gardening experience to give the committee some direction in maintaining the flower beds around the church and manse. The committee will purchase the required plants, fertilizer, etc. and provide the labour. Please contact Clark Brander if you would be willing to coordinate this project. If anyone is interested in growing some vegetables in either of the two built up planting beds. Please contact Clark. "First come, first served"
