FundScrip Order Sunday will be Sept. 28th. Delivery Sunday will be  Oct. 5th. We are pleased to inform you that gift cards from Walmart are now available. New order forms will be made available in the narthex in time to place your September orders. Promotions for September are as follows:

St. David’s 129th Anniversary Service, Sunday, October 19th at 11:00 a.m. Guest preacher, Rev. Janice MacLean, Christian Nurture and Enrichment Minister, Maritime Conference. Everyone welcome. Lunch to follow.
After lunch:  St. David’s and St. Mark’s congregation members are invited to a time of conversation with Janice and each other about future possibilities: a follow-up to “We All Drank from the Same Teapot”!

Fish Cake and Bean Supper to be held on Friday, October 10th from 4 till 6 pm at the Port Hastings Fire Hall in conjunction with the Celtic Colours activities. The cost is $12.00 and sponsored by St. David’s United Church Women.

St. David’s Roast Beef Supper on Friday, November 7th at Port Hastings Fire Hall.



An evening of Christian music. Sunday Sept 28th at 7:00 pm Trinity United Church Mulgrave. Free will offering collected. Everyone welcome.


Roast beef supper, Saturday Oct.  4th. 4:30 to 6:00 pm. Trinity United Church Mulgrave. Eat in take out.  12.00 per person.

The Havre Boucher Community Centre presents our Fall Classic Dinner Theatre with the Harbour Player Theatre Company in "The Pirates of Havre Boucher."  Saturday, October 18th.  Cocktails: 6:00 pm and Dinner: 6:30 pm. Cost is $40 each.  Main menu choice of beef tenderloin or a vegetarian dish.  Tickets go on sale October 4th at the Centre from 9 am to 12 noon (first come first served basis).  If all tickets are not sold during this time they will then be available by calling 234-2188.
