You are invited to bring one piece of fruit or vegetable to be brought forward during worship as an expression of gratitude. An apple, potato, carrot, squash, etc. These will be gathered and taken to the Food Bank following worship.

Opening Prayer
Generous
God, provider of manna in the wilderness and daily bread from heaven,
we thank you for your holy word, for remembered history, for the
knowledge of how you liberated your people from oppression,
sustained them during times of trial, and opened their hearts to
share your joy. As we prepare to worship and give you thanks, inspire
us to hunger for the bread of life. Amen.
