On Maritime Conference
Sunday, May 29, 2016 there will be a combined service of St. Mark’s
and St. David’s held at St. David’s United Church at 9:30 a.m.
The service will be led by Al Fougere and the Choir. Guest Speaker
for the service will be Iaian Langley who will give a talk on the
progress of the Port Of Welcome program set up to bring refugees into
the area.
May 29th – 9:30 a.m. – Sunday School Closing. Coffee/Tea and snacks following the Service.
Yard & Bake Sale at St. David’s Church Hall from 8:30 a.m. – 12 noon on Saturday, June 4th. Sponsored by St. David’s Board of Stewards. For further information contact Ashley Mac Leod at 227-7798.
The U.C.W. trip to
Sherbrooke will take place on June 15, 2016, leaving the Church
Parking Lot at 9:00 a.m.
We do have room for five
more people on a first come first served basis. Contact Margie Mac

and your lunch will also cost about $10.00, depending on what you
order. Should there be a rainstorm on June 15th, the trip take place
on June 22nd, same time, same place.
