Church in Action: Stroll for Your Soul – 21 Emails to Encourage Walking

It takes 21 days to create a habit. Use daily emails as motivation to get outside. The emails will help you notice the the green and growing glories of Spring. If you are a regular walker, they offer practice at paying attention and being in the present moment. We need 10 people to sign on to this email retreat to get the group rate--signup sheet on the table in the church entry or call the church office to join. Walk on you own, with a favourite walking partner--or someone from this group. Each email will offer a practice, or a reflection, or a poem, or a photograph giving direction and encouragement to your time spent walking or jogging or biking or even skate boarding.
