ORDER OF SERVICE JULY 7TH 2013-7TH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST

Naaman goes with hope and anticipation, and then is annoyed that Elisha does not bother to come out of the house to meet him and is put off by Elisha’s suggestion that he bathe in the Jordan River. “Hmph,” he declares, “I could have stayed home and bathed in one of our (bigger and better) rivers back there.”
When have you felt the same way – wanting to resist the suggestions of others, or of scripture? Where and in what situations have you experienced healing that came from an unexpected source?
