The
circle of life includes everything God the Creator has created.
Native people talk about the “circle of the family” (where
everyone belongs equally) and the “circle of life” (where all
beings and nations are connected and important: trees, humans,
animals, all races, etc.). Native people end their prayers with the
phrase “all my relations” which reflects this belief. In the
circle everyone is included; no person is excluded or considered of
more value than another.
