Advent
Small Group: Spiritual Practices in the Isaiah Readings
Written
by Janice Maclean, Conference Minister for Christian Nurture &
Enrichment The United Church of Canada
This Advent we read four beautiful
poems from the prophet Isaiah. Each one offers a vivid and inviting
image for the spiritual life. We will spend time with each one and
discover at least one practice each week to help us pause and prepare
for the Mystery of Christmas. 4 small group sessions during
Advent--dates and times to be announced. Contact the church office to
sign up to attend.
