A well attended,
Spaghetti Supper was held at St. Mark's United Church on September 28th which was organized by the "
Friends of Darryl MacQuarrie". Darryl has been ill and unable to work since May, spending most of his time since then in hospital and has recently undergone surgery. A total of $3649.25 was raised from the proceeds of the supper. Admission was by donation.
For those who were unable to attend the supper and wish to support the MacQuarrie family, a trust fund has been set up. Donations may be made at any branch of the Toronto Dominion Bank in Atlantic Canada.
