SPECIAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING, NOVEMBER 22

A Special Congregational Meeting will be held at St. Mark's on November 22, 2020, following the 3 p.m. Service.

The Minister has been called and the Congregation will be asked to approve the appointment.

MEETING NOTICE

 MEETING NOTICE

Please remain in Church after the 3 p.m. service on October 25th. There will be a short important congregational meeting at 4 p.m. The Trustees and Finance Committee have approved changes to the budget to allow the Search committee to go forward in offering a position to a potential candidate for ministry. Please make every effort to join us for this meeting.

Our 3 p.m. service will be lead by Lorna MacRury and in Adam's absence, Dennis MacDonald will provide the music as Organist.

 

 The recently organized Fund Raising Committee of St. Mark's is planning a Salad Plate take-out meal (ham, potato and pasta salads, carrot cake and roll), either pick-up or delivered, on Thursday, November 5th at Noon time.  If you would like to place an order for this meal, please e-mail Ruth at angus.macrae@ns.sympatico.ca or call Ruth at 625-2424 or Jean at 625-0609 before Tuesday, October 20th.  Members of the congregation will be contacted at a later date re donating the carrot cake for dessert, working to prepare the food and working on the day of the event.

If you know of someone from the congregation who doesn't have e-mail and who may like to get this meal, would you please inform them.
